MEET GOODWIN & ASSOCIATES’ TODD CRAWFORD

What is the best thing about recruiting and being a recruiter?

Best thing is you are still involved with and up to speed with what’s going on today in the hospitality industry, but without the crazy nights and weekends. You still get to build relationships with clients, help people further their career, know what the latest and greatest concepts and ideas are, and you’re able to still be home by 6PM(most of the time!), and not work every holiday.

What makes GAHS better than the other companies in your view, what is your attraction and keeps you there?

Three things: The culture, the people, and the fact that we’ve all been in the industry. You can’t beat the culture we have here at GAHS. Everyone is there to support you, always asking if there is anything you need help with and helping out. It’s basically like one big family. The fact that we’ve all been in the industry really speaks volumes to both our clients and candidates.

Where did you work before GAHS?
