Q&A with MARCEL KUENZLER
Q: What is the best thing about recruiting and being a recruiter?
A: Talking to people in the industry, without the (physical) hassles of the industry and being able to use me experience and expertise from this industry. Independency, I enjoy working at my speed, which is usually very fast and hard, no one holds me back or slows me down. Connecting with people from the industry and making them find what they are looking for (both clients and candidates).

Q: What makes GAHS better than the other companies in your view, what is your attraction and keeps you there?
A: Solid training, superior culture, professional integrity. Fantastic team spirit.

Q: Where did you work before GAHS?
A: Ruth’s Chris Steak House, General Manager

Q: Any good book recommendations business wise or for social reading you could pass along?
A: Recruiting for Dummies (just kidding ;-) Finding most of my recruiting resources online. Two best books I read in regards for business were: “Service Sells” and “Raving Fans”

Q: Favorite Chain Restaurant
A: Ruth’s Chris, Fleming’s. But mostly like top notch independents with creative Chefs.

Q: Favorite kind of food
A: Spicy! Thai, Malaysian. Steak, Italian, Game & Sushi

Q: Movie recommendations
A: Anything comedy “The Big Lebowski”, “Sex and Death 101″ and “Chaos Theory”

Q: Favorite Vacation spot
A: Anything with sun and war water, hey look at that I’m already here :-)

Q: Favorite Sports and Teams
A: Rather play sports, than watch them. But always enjoy a good soccer game! World Cup this year!

Q: Would like to travel where someday
A: Asia/Australia

Q: Last three disks in my CD player or loaded onto the IPod
A: Usually listen to radio for variety. Most 80′s Rock & Pop. Have to switch channels if Country Music or Rap comes on, LOL
