The study found that a large majority of Americans are willing to spend more money with companies that have outstanding customer service. Value of mystery shopper is really big and i seen it here.In Finland there are many of business use to do it to find out if their business is really doing a good job through giving customer service and how they treat their customer.Thanks for sharing it.
