Goodwin & Associates Hospitality Services was born out of one man’s frustration with the hospitality recruitment industry. As regional manager for a national chain of restaurants, Eric Goodwin wasted endless hours interviewing under-qualified candidates that were heralded by recruitment agencies as the “perfect fit.” It was the kind of frustration that is only quelled by taking drastic action.
And so, with the idea that recruitment should be based on comprehensive industry knowledge and unflinching integrity, Eric founded Goodwin and Associates.
Today, Goodwin and Associates Hospitality Services offers both hospitality recruitment and customer relationship management services.
